[emms-help] metaplaylist mode update

been re-written to make it more useful (and documented).

One question though: when pressing SPC on an '*EMMS'-prefixed playlist,
the point goes back to the beginning of the buffer. Is this a bug?

This does not happen on playlists with a regular name.
